Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the UK. Note that there are restrictions in some locations. When you place an order, the shipping cost will be added to your total and is fixed for addresses in the UK.

All of our products should be dispached and delivered within 15 working days, however in reality the waiting time will usually be 4-6 days. Please note we are not responsible for any industrial action carried out by the Royal Mail. In the event of strike action postal dates may increase.

During the Christmas period all orders received after the 18th of December will be processed in the new year.

Returns Policy

Items can only be returned if they were damaged during shipping. 

Lamp Check Policy

Please be aware Greenhouse Organisation employs a random bulb check policy to ensure every bulbs meets exacting standards. In the event of your item being checked we will refund shipping costs as compensation for any pre-opened packaging.
